in match stats no updating

has anyone had problems with match stats not starting till almost 20 to 30 mins of game animation time have gone,and they don't update till almost the game is over, it may be just coincidence by i find this happens when your more than likely to lose the match,its as if the game AI calculating how to beat your team and not give you clues in the in game stats

when this happens go to home screen/transfers/fixtures /something else, then go back to the game...normally resolves things.
