Advertisement hangs my phone

During my trening session i train with special coach. When i use special bonus for my training, and push get 2X button and get bonus my phone start playing a movie and after 3-4 second playing phone hangs. The same problem i have when i use this button in morale boosters and rest. the problem is only with one movie i add screnn this movie. All others movie are ok.
I use xiaomi Mi A2 lite. And android 9.
Nordeus please fix this bug.
