As I get promoted to Lvl 14, I am surprise that there are NO drop of stars to my players.

So my problem is : Is that the intention OR an admin error.
I am afraid of buying Scouts now cos they are of the same quality as last season when I was in lvl 13.
If I buy tdy, a 6 star Scout of quality say 88, will it become 5 star tmr when the error is corrected.
SO I END UP PAYING 50T FOR 5 STAR PLAYERS AND NOT 6 STAR
