I 've seen a lot of player +180%.
Many of them became like that with the friendlies trick.

I have seen a few teams with 10star 180% players, they must have been saving up rests for ages or put large investments in this game.

Not exactly, abhi means that since the last update no Player higher than 180% gets the motm reward
