Try clearing the cache on whatever device you are using (on PC, in the browser; on mobile/tablet in the relevant App info screen). If it still happens then it's 'their' end somewhere.

Sometimes I can't watch a video to boost individual players but the 'global' farming option (click on the colour you want at the top of the screen) still has videos on offer. I just farm the number I need then apply them to the players...
