[Announcement] UPDATED - Known Issues/Training Issue - 1 March
ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING TODAY'S TRAINING ISSUE
Hi Managers,
Due to the training issue following season update, we’re reverting all player quality gained from this period during which the issue was occurring. Any quality gained following the patch being pushed has not been affected.
This is to ensure fairness across all competitions for the season for all clubs. For any further followup, please get in touch with our Support via the “?” in-game as they will be able to provide details.
This will require ~10 minutes of offline time which will begin shortly. We will provide updates when it has begun/ended in this thread.
Once again, many apologies for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Hi Managers,
We're currently investigating several issues related to performance.
Please see below for latest updates:
1) ISSUE: Fixture times appearing incorrectly.
STATUS: FIXED.
Fixture times for today and tomorrow (1st, 2nd of March) are now correctly updated. Please reload Top Eleven to see your match time.
2) ISSUE: Condition being reset/% condition discrepancies in Training reports.
STATUS: FIXED.
We have turned off Training for the time being while we investigate.
3) ISSUE: Performance issues causing latency/lag; Friends list not appearing
STATUS: FIXED
We're continuing to look into the issues causing latency and Friends lists not appearing.
We will provide updates on all of the above as soon as we can. Many apologies for the inconvenience. Thank you in advance for your patience and thank you for all of the reports.

UPDATE 12:12pm CET: Managers should be able to log in without latency and play matches normally. Training is still turned off while we investigate those issues.

Everything is back up and running, Managers. The team has just pushed fixes for all latency/training issues.
Once again, a huge thank you to everyone for the patience.
Any further news regarding today will be communicated as soon as possible.
