[Announcement] Important - Follow Up to Issues from March 1st
Hi Managers,
We'd like to sincerely apologise for all the inconvenience caused on March 1st.
Due to the training issue following the season update, we rolled out the fix and everyone’s quality is correctly represented in-game. Any quality gained following the patch at 11am CET has not been affected.
We’re really sorry about this experience and the confusion. We’ve pushed compensation for all Managers containing 5 tokens and 5 of each booster (rests, morale boosters, and treatments).
All Managers that used rests during the time we had the issue and had their quality reverted will have all boosters spent in the period returned. We’ll return boosters today (March 2nd) during the day and will announce when it has gone live.
We’re also working on fixing the Champions League match schedule and we’ll push the fix before the competition starts tomorrow.
We are also aware that some Managers have reduced Team Bonuses comparing to their state before the issue and that some Managers had important matches while their team quality was reduced. If you have been affected by these, please contact our Support and they will be able to assist you accordingly.
Once again, we sincerely apologise for all the inconvenience and thank you for your patience while we tackled all the issues.

Hi Managers,
We’ve returned the rests used during a period yesterday, March 1st, in which Training was impacted by a technical issue. They’ve been successfully re-added to all Managers that have been impacted.
