I haven’t experienced this personally, my players still are functioning as normal, but maybe he is talking about a player that is injured, I might be wrong but I remember that a player used to lose condition if you did not heal them. Maybe that is the case, if it is, he should use the injury packs to heel them.

Again I could be wrong, @RazZz can you provide us some photos of the players so we can figure out what’s wrong.
