I haven’t experienced this personally, my players still are functioning as normal, but maybe he is talking about a player that is injured, I might be wrong but I remember that a player used to lose condition if you did not heal them. Maybe that is the case, if it is, he should use the injury packs to heel them.

Again I could be wrong, @RazZz can you provide us some photos of the players so we can figure out what’s wrong.

The same thing happened to me on the 1st of March and until today they never returned my 54 green packages that I spent to restore the team to 100% before the game started.
