Hi Managers,

We're aware of an issue facing some Managers after updating to the latest version (9.7.4) that is preventing log in. This is caused by an issue only impacting certain language settings. This issue is currently being addressed by the team, but please see below for a temporary workaround so that you can log in while they work on a fix.


1) In Settings on your device, visit the General section.
2) Find the Language & Region section
3) Change your Language to a different language
4) Log in to Top Eleven

Alternatively, you can also log in using a different platform (web, Android).
