League match error

On the 20th of April was about to play a morning match. Couldn’t get in. After the match none of my players have lost energy(have screenshots), the match report is unavailable(hasn’t been available since). I had lost 2-0 to a much weaker team At home, I had already beaten the team away from home. No stamina lost off my players. Mind you, no suspensions. Green fitness starting XI, ample reserves and substitutes

I recieved 5 tokens(???) but still no match report. I receive 4/5 tokens just by logging in everyday. I pumped so many tokens into players this season. I’m discouraged and very disappointed.

Lost my top spot and top goal scorer title now at risk.

I have all relevant screenshots. Looking for ways to escalate this. Their response to me about it being an error and then giving me 5 tokens like that will make a difference to what they cost me.
