Big chance that you've lost the bidding.....because of bad connection, your phone-connection didn't load the next bidding-round
i've got the same problem..it just says wait and has already past 15 minutes..i have tha highest bid and still seem the auction is open?but of course it has already taken my tokens?is this abug?is someone cheating???
As Poker-32 stated it happens because of slow internet connection / bad connection to the server, when it says "wait" then generally the auction has continued and you will most likely have lost, try reloading your game, if you have been waiting 15 minutes then I would 99% guarantee you the auction has finished.
Yeah - I've lost two guys this way. I bid on them, watched the clock go down to zero, got the "wait" crap, went on to other things in the game and came back to find that I had been out bid. Total crap!
I encountered the same problem too. Later, when I use another Internet, it showed that I won a player but lost another one.
Alright, but it's the same. Sometimes (when logged-on throug facebook or a facebook account) the connection also will stuck.
Happens not much but when it happen it's likely in cases of bidding.
Also due some inactivity on your laptop will result in a lost-connection even if the counter is stil on.
Just gonna throw this in here ~
bad connection to the server does not = bad internet connection
If your server was having issues at the time in receiving connections (overloaded with requests, software/hardware failure or "hiccup", soft reset etc) then you would have had a bad connection to the server, alot of people seem to have had the same issue so I would guess this was the problem.
A bad internet connection is totally different and the speed/consistency of the connection is reliant on your actual ISP.
Hope that makes sense.
How many players do you have in your team? Maybe you have too many which is why its not showing up?
I doubt it as he had a bugged connection during the auction, he didn't win the player it froze while he was the winning bid.
Just happened to me a few minutes ago. Bid a player. Then Wait. And then i WON. but did not get the player at all. Token is gone. Money is gone as well. What the hell is this??
yup//....same thing is happening to me .....everytime i log in the screen shos that i have won the player and its great news and stuff....but he is not there in my team....and i lost a token...
Ok, if you havent already, synch the clock on your computer. If your clock doesnt match server's it can delay transactions.

If a player is scheduled in a match there is also a possibility of delay.
If you haven't received the player more than a few hours after winning him, for sure it is a glitch to be dealt with by Nordeus Support
same as sid and nov666, although it doesn't appear my money is missing, the tokens are.

As you can see, he's not on my roster. So somethings going on. Have checked my settings, restarted browser, cleared cache, and time is good. Also will note I keep getting message that closed auctions are "now up for auction" in the little popup that tells you that when you watching certain players.
EDIT:
OK! Nix all that, on reset just now after clearing cache out a little longer, all the auctions I was watching (mine that I won ended 30 mins ago) showed they went into the next round... some of these auctions were up to 50+ min ago (All at the same time and all had were counting down @34sec of the 1min 1st round, I have a feeling I coulda snagged any one of the 6 auctions I was watching other then mine). But I've got my guy and money/tokens are proper.
Auction problems are usually the synch thing. The next worst is connection problems.
It is always good to clear cookies, data & cache before playing the game. I have my browsers do it upon exit to make it easy.
