Connection error after sending thanks to supporters. (minor bug)

I am getting connection error when ever i finish a match and send thanks to supporters. after reloading the game on match summary the thanks button remains probably didn't send the rewards. and If i try to resent the reward I get the connection error again.

I have tested in on PC through FB
