Players sold but money not received

Hi everyone,

Don't know if anyone's had this problem, but in the last 12 hours I've sold 5 players via Negotiations, but haven't received the money for them.

I'm level 4 if that helps.

Little bit concerned because the 10 million I should have received was going to be used to buy new players next season...

Any ideas or suggestions?
