Issue connecting to Facebook

Hello managers,

I am in desperate need of some help. I've been playing this game for about a year without any problems. Ever since I downloaded the latest version of the game I've been experiencing a really weird bug.

First off I have multiple accounts and only one of the accounts has this bug.

When I try to log in to my account I get the following error message:

"There seems to be an issue connecting to Facebook! Please try again later. If the issue continues contact top eleven support in main menu".

I've tried contacting FB and top eleven but had no response. I am really hoping some one can help me out. There's multiple people experiencing this bug as I found a couple threads on top eleven Facebook pages.

Sorry to hear about this. Have you tried clearing the cache/cookies on your device? Is it occurring on multiple devices?

I've tried clearing the top eleven cache or do you mean the whole device? It's happening on multiple devices (phone and laptop).

Really need some help.. been going on for more than a week now. Filled in a form and contacted nordeus support in game. There must be a solution..

clear the cache of your facebook app too.

I have the same issue and I also cleared all the cookies from browser and facebook and nothing...
I see that a lots of users have this issue and no one has a response for it

Same, cant connect TE to FB and having the same error message
