game requests

Hi, I am relatively new to the game & am finding that requests sent by others are showing up on FB but do not show up on the game. Does this happen to anyone else? Does anyone know why & if it can be cured?
This is very annoying & I have contacted Nordeus support but their response was not what i would say was up to much!

You can only accept 1 request per item per day.

After you accept the 4 items (Stat point,Red,Blue & Green pack) the request notifications will still come up on FB but not ig because you can't accept anymore until the next day (hope that makes sense)

Thanks for your response, now I know who the support did not tell me, the game is set up to give users minimal items that then try to force people into buying tokens that are required in abundance to play the game at a good level to compete, which now makes sense why there are so many hacking links on the net for this game. It is now making me think seriously about packing in the game! :-(
