need very fast help

in special event it didnt count in tasks 3 things even it showed me pop up window that task is completed, one is friendly match win, other 2 was from event itself, collecting crossing 10% increse my player get a star pop up window shows but not counted other was first spec ability, same thing, pop up says task completed but no counted so it costed me cash, tokens, greens to do and cant collect it
Need fast help bcs event end today and all i do was for youth player spec and now...
