Shots on target means that your player kicks or heads the ball toward the goal and that the opponent GK have to safe!
When you shoot a ball but he missed the goal totally, it will not count as 'shots on target'

Yes I noticed that.....guess that the game made a difference between shots (not on target) and shots on target!!!!
