Can anyone explain why the game says I finished 2nd?

I finished the season with joint most points (73), goal difference (100), goals scored (111) with another team.

In the games between us, we drew the first game but I won the second game.

So, why didn’t I win the league? Can someone help?
I got screenshots but I don’t know how to post them lol

Has this happened to anyone else?

The game gave me the ‘Unlucky’ achievement (lose the league on goal difference - which I hadn’t!) to cap it off. Very frustrating

to put your screens online, just click on the 3rd icon from the right (insert image) and then in the tab that opens, go and look for them where they are !
