Lost a player from my Youth Academy last season. (Hit 4 star to delete, it deleted 6 star Goalie i'd spent 60 tokens on!) Used the in-game support tool and was promised a response in 48 hours. 96 hours later, I get, "Sorry, due to the volume of incoming messages, you need to check the FAQ's" I figured there is no way they'd treat their customers like that, so I messaged them again, same response!

I'm hoping one of the admins can help me restore the player ASAP.
