No Top Scorer Challenge

I don't see the top scorer challenge this season. I have two other people in the same server having the same problem.

First of all , welcome to the forum!

Regarding your issue, I checked on my account and I can see it normally, so it's most probably server-related, as you said.
Could you please update to the latest version , if you haven't already ? Make sure to clean cache as well.
If it is not solved after this, please contact the in-game support using the (?) in game.

Thanks for the reply. I use ios version to play and I think I'm using the latest version (updated on Sep. 2).

For ios version, is there a way to clean cache? And how to use the (?) in game please?

Hi again Varok,

The latest update,as I can see in my device, in google play store,is made on Sept.15th.

I clear cache of the app, on my phone,by this way:
Settings---->Apps--->Find Top Eleven--->Storage--->Clear Cache

Unfortunately,I've little to no knowledge about iOS,so I can't help you much here.

You use the (?) in game as a way to reach out the top eleven players support.Describe your issue there as detailed as possible.You should get an answer back within 48h.In general,support will be able to look at your issue and assist you furthermore.

This season's Top Scorer challenge has been released to all Managers, you should be able to see it and join now. Please try when you get a chance and let us know if it works.
