Video offers not loading

Exit training and go to the club shop. See if a video will load for a rest pack, but don't watch it. Exit shop and return to training.
Seems to work more often than not for me.

the button displays dots and always loads. You have to wait 2 to 3 minutes to be able to view the videos without too much problem
