Video offers not loading

Tthe issue with the video ads loading time has been fixed. Please check back and let me know if everything is working as usual now.

Sorry to hear about this. Can you give me more details is the video taking long after you already pressed to start it or the button is showing dots and loading still?

It takes minutes for the free icon to become active.
Even when it does, it does one of three things...
1. Freezes up at the beginning of the ad,
2. Freezes up at the end of the ad,
3. Completely quits out of the game, forcing a restart.

Nonetheless, EVERY result means no reward, so I have to use boosts I’ve saved, instead of the generous free ones from nordeus.

There seems to be another Issue with videos right now. Yesterday it took very long for me to load the first Video, after that Videos were running fine.
Now today in the morning the first Video just will not load and I can't do bonus Training x2 because of it. It looks like the game is searching for a Video forever...

My friend has the same Problem. Anyone else? Android btw

Before you watch the videos, you should clear cache of the game first.
Heavy weight of game cache can delay video running.

Have deleted and reloaded the app on my iPad and still the same. I have 4 games scheduled today and my team is out of energy.
