    No on fire for gained stars (5 to 6 stars)

    As in title.

    My player just increased one star but didn’t get on-fire status. This also caused me not get one additional on fire player from the “fire starter carnival” event.

    Ok, got it now. Seems like there is a lag between the notification and the actual morale status change.
