what's up with the top eleven?

Good afternoon,
what's up with the top eleven?
In the last season I was left in 2nd place and they didn’t move up division,
in the last games i'm losing games out of nowhere, i'm already in 10th place?
Is there any justification for this?

What's your level? In higher levels sometimes there are not enough team's to make a new League so everyone stays at the same level.
As for your form this season, that is one of life's mysteries.

the level of my team / coach is 93.
I've never had a bad time like this ...
The equipe is the same ... I train the team every season .....
This is not normal

I am also level 93. In my server there are still plenty of active team's so I am still levelling up. However on your server it seems there are not.
