Not promoted but players have lost 20%

I finished 9th last season and my players have now 20% less than the previous season..think it is not normal....please could you explain me ? Thanks

HI Thlas77 and welcome to the forum

Please note that the system sometimes can automatically promote teams up to the 10th position. This happens to complete the amount of teams for competitions in the level above. So, if you want to stay level, aim below 10th place to be sure.
