I shall request a response regarding this. That guy, who, now, works in another multinational company could have done something with my old account before he left.

Besides, I controlled my other old device as well, which is Samsung S2, and it is banned as well, although my old IPhone, IPhone 4S by means of which I was not playing the game thus intensely, works fine.
