Issue Concerning The Ads

I cannot watch a single ad for 2 days both on my Xiaomi and my IPhone. I tried the open the game on my old GM tablet then, however it is completely banned from the game which I will query by starting another thread.

What the issue could be?

If the ban related to the old mutant trend, I would mind you; you did not even banned the Vietnamese.

Ads issue solved. 25 for today, not bad, and it allows me to watch at 9 PM or later. I hope it remains in this way.

Yet, what about my other issue? I feel like I am an illegal con or criminal. You never banned a single user and I know it. Not even the Romanians, not even the Vietnamese.

I shall request a response regarding this. That guy, who, now, works in another multinational company could have done something with my old account before he left.

Besides, I controlled my other old device as well, which is Samsung S2, and it is banned as well, although my old IPhone, IPhone 4S by means of which I was not playing the game thus intensely, works fine.
