I have a problem. All of my players lost their skill points!

All of my players lost their skill points dramaticly. For exsample my player has 150 skill points for creativity, and now is down to 120.. My best player, and the liga top scorer was about to gain finishing for 30%(130+30%~170) but his skill point drop to 120.. Plese help

Your players always loose -20% at the end of he season when you promote to next level.

Are you a new manager that has just started this football manager journey?
I'm asking because it is a fundamental rule that all your players lose 20% when your team promotes to a higher level, and maybe this explains the issue you face. You can check this thread for more information:
