Live event offer - not getting what was promised

Hi guys

Anyone else facing this issue

I’ve decided to buy the live event offer
176 tokens and MC between 6 and 9 stars with 2 special abilities and a pitch design
1st free kick specialist 2nd playmaker, however to my surprise the player only has 1 special ability,
I’ve opened a ticket in the mobile app but unfortunately no reaction has come, (I’m aware of the support level of Nordeus)

I have print screen of the bought “reward” where is shown/proof that it contained 2 abilities,just not sure how to upload from iPhone to here

Great that you already opened a ticket for our support team since they're the ones who can assist you in this matter. They will look into this and get back to you as soon as possible, in case they haven't already. You can check the status of your ticket and replies in the "?" section in-game and check in if needed.

They have the word "or" between them.
