Server problems changes scores

i dont see answers and a guess we lost that games..1 game 1 month try...so gm we want a answer??

it happen to me same thing. i was won 1-2 for the Cup. the server shut off and when i enter again i was lost 3-0!! what just wappen??!!
some one can explain this ?!
