Cannot collect Topscorer Challenge reward

Good people at Nordeus, I just won Topscorer Challenge last season but I cannot collect my reward because Topscorer Challenge has not appeared on my screen since the new season began. Please enable me to collect my reward. Thank you.

I'm afraid that we cannot help you here. You will need to contact Support. Did you definitely join it last season?
I always screenshot my proof of joining the Top Scorer event just in case something like this happens.
You could always try accessing the game on another device as well (Android, iOS, PC).

Same issue here, on both my accounts and yes, I definitely joined, you guys should look into it

No Dave. In this buggy season we are not able to see the top scorer event at all. As it doesn't exist. So cannot claim the prize. Tomorrow the new season is starting so goodbye. Support? lol.

Well.. The new season begins today... The new challenge too.. And I can't claim the reward from last season.
And no response from support...

Same here, and I know I won it, because I was ahead 10 goals. 2nd place was... my AML
