HI MODS :) Game crashes when tryinng to claim reward in special sponsor

hi mods,
could you please report the following issue.
Game crashes when tryinng to claim reward in special sponsor. It's the following :

#2 SPECIAL ABILTY in PREMIUM 860pts.
I select the player, choose the abilty and BOOM game crashes. Tried 20 times. Everything else in game is fine. just when i try to claim the prize.

Does this happen on all platforms? I’m not aware of this problem elsewhere but no doubt it exists and I welcome comments. You’ll need to submit a ticket to Support in the first instance.

oh dave lol, i stopped doing tickets 6 years ago cos takes 5 years for a sensible reply

UPDATE !!

it works when i choose CORNER SPECIALIST. it was crashing when i chose PLAYMAKER.
reward claimed now. the bug is obviously for that SA

Weird that it crashed on one SA but not another. I’ve asked the Admins anyway. At least you got your SA.
