Training bug

Everyday i train my team up to 40 % right after reset (when it jumps back to 32%). After a littlebit of time (like 30minutes) it jumps back to 32 %. So i have to train my team again up to 40% which takes a lot of condition of my players (instead of 3 i have to train them 6 times). I play the game for 8 years but that never happened before. Does anybody else having this issue? What can i do?

Try to train them (first train of the day) 45min later to see if it the bonus jump again or not.
