game kicking out on training

anyone have issue when training using 2x boost game closing and need to relog in, also it sometime after looking add training didnt ocure, instead it show x2 bonus window again and need to look another add?
was asking at support but answer i get isnt related to my problem and when try to explain better it just close conversation, has video of it, but too big for ingame support

update app anytime when is avaliable, that happen for 2 months now, not every day, looks like specific add cause it

6 times in past 2 days, doing training close app and need relog to enter, become a very frustated, worst is that looks no one care to look in to it
