Since the latest update, I receive a “video failed to play” error every now and then when I try to watch a video. It always happens for the first video attempt of every log in, and it happens both when I try to gain a green pack or add 15% condition to a player. I can watch a video and earn the reward for the next attempt but it occasionally comes back again even during the same session.

Now it has fixed maybe. I have no the problem.
I still see it from time to time. But, as usual with this kind of “minor annoyances”, no word or fix from Nordeus.

I'm experiencing different problem last few days - ads take ages to load and often don't load at all. So I'm looking at the blue loading button for a while (two minutes maybe) and then it goes black. Then I have to restart the game, sometimes it helps and I get the video, sometimes it is long loading and black button again. Usually it took me about half an hour to watch all 40 ads, today I spent more than hour waiting for 30 of them and last 15 minutes it didn't load any. Anybody knows what's the problem? They do not have enough ads?
Same for me. App closing when I play ads since some weeks ago. I've tried to uninstall the app and install it again but it doesn't solve the problem.
i've complaint on other post before but the likelihood on why the button is keeping loading there is because it can only be click after all the popups ends popping on bottom right,
that's obvious whenever i closed the apps & open it again, it takes few secs to finally be able to click the blue button.
this error/bug also happens after playstyles got introduced..playstyle introduce>more popup on bottom right.
i know this because i have slightly old version and the watching ads over there is quite smooth compare to latest version
