Hey there,

Are you sure that you did register for it last season? Also, note that in case you are eligible for the reward, you need to claim it the first two days of the season, as a new one begins on the third season day (today) along with the new league draw.

Either way, if you are sure that you registered and you should have been able to collect the reward, please send me a message with your manager ID (the long number in the settings), and we will check.
