association points disappeared

some of my association members compleated the special sponsor event to get the 10 association points tried to log on before and got a message saying association not available, when i got back on the points have gone

Hi Mark,

If your FA points from the Special Sponsor reward are not reflecting in your FA points count, please reclaim them from the Special Sponsor. In case the issue persists, let me know.

Hi Taliyah,

My points have also disappeared and I cannot reclaim them. The special sponsor task has a check mark, but no points. How do I reclaim them? Have logged in and out.
