Points not updated for FA tournaments

Our FA has played two tournaments, finished 3rd and 1st respectively but we are unable to see out points. We cannot even claim the points that we received through Special Sponsor. Please fix this asap

Hey Manager, there are some ground rules that determine whether FA points are counted or not, like: not being promoted in the League, not having more than 4 members ahead of the tournament being scheduled, or the success in FA tournament, so make sure to check out the in-game Rule Book.
