89th minute substitution not counted for task?

I admit that this could be the substitution bug that's been around for years and similar to the post below, however my substitutions show in the match report. The task definitely showed I had made a substitute for the league match before this, but I checked this morning and it has reset to 0 when it should be 2. This means my substitute in the last match (screenshot) did not count.
