Support have gone from a slow turnaround of questions to totally ignoring them. They have made it harder to contact them and as far as I know this can only be done via the online form, for a company supposedly making constant improvements the game needs a total rewrite, and they need to remember those playing the game are their customers, and should be treated fairly, not with contempt.
