the servers are either random or time zone specific and i don't know which...

L3- L- 2nd/CL- QF's/C- QF's...
L4- L- 1st/CL- (Og)/C- Playoffs...

You can start the game again by creating a new facebook account and linking it upto all your friends facebook accounts first before entering the Top Eleven app and then you will be placed on their server, this is the only way possible.
