missed token reward with Fyber

I have several problems with Fyber.. I complete the game tasks but they don't give me the rewards with the tokens...
And their "support" is just an email automatically generated when the report is opened...
Can someone help me?

I gave up trying to fulfill these objectives, I do everything right and I don't receive the tokens.
