Can NOT join OWN match if FA in windows verion of TOP 11

RTX 2060 that does all the work...

So, no issues in my case...

But guys keep reaching support and reporting any issue and bad experience you have... use the form please as it is the best way to get an answer and report in a quick way.

I just got an update...but no change in windows version... still not working the live match..

This is my system:
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3210M CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz
Installed RAM 4.00 GB (3.87 GB usable)

Support team is ****. They send old topic with requirements for android (can you believe it), but couldn't provide actual hardware requirements. They forwarded it to something else but that's it.

You need 8GB of RAM if you want it to play fluid, my guess.
No problem with the Windows nor old CPUs.... in old versions I really had a vintage PC and the RAM+Graphic Card is all you need, this + the cache so free memory space linked to the cache that loads all stuff and game assets that are needed (when it loeads the stadium buildings in white, its because the game couldn't load assets properly so).

But, as said, thats just my guess... hope it helps and that we can read more experiences so to find solutions...

I think it must be something else... because

tomu741 got a pc like this "i5-7300hq, geforce gtx 1050, 16 gb ram and windows 10. So it meets those hardware requirements but still not working. So there is something else....

He got 16GB so more then enough and still not working

Besides all that the Windows store.. show it should work in my laptop

UPDATE!!

I just checked the windows store again ..... and there was a new update just like yesterday.. so I upgraded again..

And the 3d matches are working again....!!!!! YESS
