Gifts from face book friends

For a couple of seasons now myself and some face book friends have been sending each other gifts (green moral) I had a face book notification that a friend sent one, I logged into the game and there is nothing there???? This has happened more than once. Anyone else have this?

you only get one of each per day

So if I have 4 friends who all send me greens I will only get 1 pack rather than 1 from each? Should I not get 4?

Yes, only one of each per day. So, if you have 4 friends who send you gifts (and of course you send gifts back to them), try to arrange it so that everyone can claim 3 packs and one skill point every day.
If you have more than 4 friends, maybe some gifts get wasted.
If you have fewer than 4 friends, maybe T11 gifts aren't your biggest worry?
