Hello, I don't know in which server I play but I haven't seen a player with more than 4 stars(30) on the transfers. It has been more than 4 months and still like that. From my league there are lots of players with 5 stars. I don't know which server but it's bull****. Can you transfer me?

Not as far as i know no...there is nothing you can do about your server without stating a new game & hoping...

I have the same problem, in level 4 and 5, i haven't seen any player more than 3 stars !!!

It's getting mentioned quite a lot on the boards recently which means it must be becoming one of the biggest problems atm with T11 ...
