In a football sense every team starts again at the start of each season?

Not really. Not every team loses its membership of a league body and then has to apply to a new one. One season to another or relegation/promtion is in my eyes a continuous process. But, I have no agenda, so it doesn't matter, we can just disagree and continue to look for the climb back.

Hopefully those involved will get what they deserve.

Oh and I'm glad I posted about the weather, been a heatwave ever since.
