best orders for 4-1-2-1-2 ND

I am trying 2 find which orders and arrows are the best to the 4-1-2-1-2 ND formation. I know i should passing trough the middle but i finding hard to find the best orders and arrows


any tips are welcome to this formation and arrows

Try my order attacking mentality, through the middle, own half, short passing, normal tackling, zonal marking. No counter attack/offside trap. Remove your arrows. It's work great last season when i'm more stronger thn my opponents, but it's not work for me, cz my quality is average -.-
