I recommend you rather to use 3W-5-2 than 3W-4-3 to have a slight advantage of 5 MCs
But if you want to use 3W-4-3... put red arrows on ML and MR, normal attitude, mixed passes, own half pressing, normal tackling, mixed passing style, zonal marking, counter attacks and no offside trap

If you want to use 3W-5-2, use the same orders
