Hello guys, im new here... how can i defeat 4-1-4-1? im thinking to try 3w-4-3.....

Can you help me ? also his team is better than mine..... (my team quality 22.8) (his quality 27.0)

Also please tell me what orders to use....

I recommend you rather to use 3W-5-2 than 3W-4-3 to have a slight advantage of 5 MCs
But if you want to use 3W-4-3... put red arrows on ML and MR, normal attitude, mixed passes, own half pressing, normal tackling, mixed passing style, zonal marking, counter attacks and no offside trap
